A free, short, no-obligation introductory call with me, Cheryl, a fully accredited, registered member of the BACP. This is a relaxed chance to explore whether we're a good therapeutic fit. You can tell me a little about what's bringing you to counselling and what kind of support you're looking for, and ask any questions about how I work. You can share as much or as little as you like. There's no pressure to commit to anything. If it feels right, we can then talk about next steps and book your first session. Before the call, please find a quiet, private space where you won't be overheard or interrupted. You'll receive the call details in your booking confirmation.

A 50-minute online counselling session by video with Cheryl, a fully accredited, registered member of the BACP. Join from anywhere in the UK. This is your time, in a calm, confidential space to talk openly, explore what's going on beneath the surface and work through it together, at a pace that feels right for you. Cheryl's approach is integrative, so each session is shaped around what you need. Before your session, please find a quiet, private space where you won't be overheard or interrupted, with a stable internet connection. You'll receive a secure video link in your booking confirmation. Need to cancel or rearrange? Please give at least 48 hours' notice, or the full session fee may be charged.

A 50-minute walk and talk counselling session with Cheryl, a fully accredited, registered member of the BACP. Sessions take place outdoors, walking through green spaces in and around the SW1 area. This is your time, in a calm, confidential space to talk openly, explore what's going on beneath the surface and work through it together, at a pace that feels right for you. Walking side by side can make it easier to open up, and we can pause or sit down at any point. Cheryl's approach is integrative, so each session is shaped around what you need. Before your session, please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. Cheryl will confirm the meeting point in your booking confirmation. Sessions go ahead in most weather, and if conditions are really poor, we can switch to an online session instead. Need to cancel or rearrange?
